3.2 Payments: All payments are to be made through the online payment gateway provided by Masika Stays. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Masika Stays to charge the full amount of the booking.

3.3 Payment Security: We use secure payment processors to handle your financial transactions. Masika Stays does not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer: The cancellation policies vary depending on the resort or tour package. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.

4.2 Cancellation by Resort or Masika Stays: If a resort or Masika Stays cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if such an event occurs.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to your booking. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

5.3 Liability: Masika Stays acts solely as a booking intermediary and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any booking made through it.
